Manufacturing Process

Milestones of Kexiang

At Kexiang, we don’t just assemble chairs, we engineer them. From precision-machined components to standardized assembly lines and international-level quality control, every dental unit is built to deliver long-term reliability and clinical safety.

Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process

01

Design & R&D

Our R&D team, with over 20 years of experience in dental chair engineering, works continually to design ergonomic, safe and user-friendly dental units. We combine clinical feedback, structural analysis, and usability studies to meet real-world dental practice needs.

02

Precision Component Manufacturing

Critical elements such as metal frames, structural reinforcements, and mechanical components are manufactured using CNC precision machining, automated welding, and other cutting-edge production methods to guarantee superior uniformity and longevity.

03

Assembled According to Standards

Our skilled workers utilize uniform methods across four dedicated meticulously build each chair, combining various components such as boxes, pre-machined tool trays, front-machined spittoon and systems, fabric upholstery, illumination, and additional features into a cohesive unit.

04

Quality Inspection & System Testing

Before being shipped out, every dental unit goes through thorough system testing. The installation and examination of medical-grade water, air, and suction pipelines are done to ensure they are leak-proof and have stable pressure. Once the chair is fully put together, it undergoes tests to check functions such as chair movements, lighting, handpiece output, suction performance, and control systems. A final quality control review is conducted to verify structural safety, compliance with hygiene standards, and certification requirements. Only the units that satisfy all criteria move on to the packaging stage.

05

Packaging & Logistics Preparation

Our finished chairs are carefully packed with protective packaging (foam, wooden frame supports, moisture-resistant materials) to ensure safe export to the global world across different climates and transport conditions.

Certifications & Quality Assurance

We are certified under ISO 13485 and hold CE certification (TÜV), ensuring that our manufacturing and quality management meet international medical device standards.
